Your home's heating consists of many different parts, pipes, valves, thermostats, radiators and of course the boiler. A fault with any of these can cause lack of heat.
You will be pleased to know though, that as experienced heating engineers, MPS heating can identify the fault reasonably quickly and it does not mean a large bill.

Cold Spots: This is where the radiator feels patchy with cold areas, particularly at the top. This is usually caused by trapped air in the system. The solution is to bleed the radiator using a radiator key [radiator key]. This is something that the homeowner can do, with the right equipment.
